职位描述
岗位职责： 1、功能模块落地：在资深产品经理带领下，负责 AI EMS 产品的具体功能模块设计与迭代，涵盖能量调度策略、动态电价优化、光伏预测、峰谷套利等场景 2、AI 助手/Agent 辅助建设：参与 AI 助手/Agent 在家庭能源场景的应用落地（如智能问答、故障诊断、调度建议），承担其中部分模块的产品设计 3、南向生态与设备接入：参与储能设备（BMS/PCS/逆变器/充电桩）以及智能家居设备的接入标准定义、数据规范与协议适配，理解多品类设备互联互通 4、全屋智能场景协同：参与家庭能源设备与全屋智能（照明/暖通/家电/门窗等）的场景联动设计，理解家庭用能负荷的协同调度 5、需求与数据分析：负责用户需求调研、竞品分析、数据分析，输出 PRD 与产品原型
职位要求
一、硬性条件： 1、24-25届优秀毕业生，本科及以上学历，专业与电相关 2、有 1-2 个完整 AI 或 IoT 项目（从需求到落地），用数据说话，能量化产出；会拆竞品、找差异化 二、加分项： 1、了解大模型 / Agent / RAG / NLP 等 AI 技术栈 2、理解储能硬件（BMS/PCS/逆变器）或电力系统基础 3、了解 Matter / Zigbee / WiFi / BLE 等智能家居协议 4、英语可作工作语言
