职位描述
1、研究面向车端约束的智驾模型架构，在设计阶段融入延迟、算力、内存预算，联合优化精度与推理效率； 2、分析车端平台执行特性，将硬件约束抽象为架构设计准则； 3、探索高效架构前沿（Efficient Attention、结构稀疏、MoE、硬件感知搜索等）及量化/低精度技术，提升模型部署友好性； 4、跟踪 LLM 高效架构演进（线性注意力、KV Cache 优化、Speculative Decoding 等），评估其在智驾多模态模型中的迁移价值； 5、与部署及系统团队协作，建立可部署性评估闭环； 6、参与训练效率改进（低精度训练、数据流水线、并行策略），缩短模型研发周期。
职位要求
1、计算机视觉、机器学习、自动驾驶或NLP等相关方向硕士或博士学历； 2、在高效模型设计方向有研究积累，有顶会论文（CVPR / ICLR / NeurIPS / ICML / MLSys 等）优先； 3、对计算硬件有超出典型算法研究者的理解——能分析 FLOPs 与实际 latency 的差异来源； 4、熟练使用 PyTorch，能独立完成模型设计、训练与性能 profiling； 5、良好的跨团队协作能力。

【课题名称】 面向车端多芯片平台的自动驾驶高效模型架构设计与软硬件协同优化 【课题内容】 1、面向自动驾驶 E2E 大模型、多模态模型、VLA / VLM 模型，研究车端约束感知的高效模型架构设计方法； 2、在模型设计阶段引入 NVIDIA Orin、Thor、自研 Lauda 等不同芯片平台的硬件预算和执行特性，形成可量化、可迁移的架构设计准则； 3、探索 Efficient Attention、结构稀疏、MoE、硬件感知搜索、量化友好网络、低精度计算等高效架构方法，提升模型对车端部署的原生友好性； 4、建立“架构设计 - 性能预测 - 训练验证 - 车端 profiling - 部署反馈”的闭环，让模型结构与算法整体架构、部署系统共同迭代； 5、支撑团队在端侧大模型、千亿 MoE 预研、低精度训练、稀疏推理、专家调度、编译优化等方向打磨能力、探索技术上限，为未来更大规模智驾模型上车储备关键能力。
