1、设计并实现下一代具身端到端驾驶模型； 2、开发基于可微优化或强化学习（RL）的神经规划器； 3、应对大规模分布式训练的算力效率瓶颈； 4、参数数据闭环并对最终的量产指标负责。
职位要求
1、深刻理解 Mamba系列、Diffusion Drive 系列、Pi系列等现代端到端架构； 2、扎实的深度学习和数学基础，了解自回归、DiffusionMamba、RL； 3、人工智能/计算机/数学/物理专业博士，有相关的顶会论文，代码能力优秀； 4、数学/物理/编程竞赛名次优秀者优先考虑。

【课题名称】 e2e具身自驾模型 【课题内容】 探索多模态大模型、自监督预训练、世界模型等前沿技术，并应用于自动驾驶场景。 研究方向： 视觉预训练（Visual Pretraining）：研究自监督学习、知识蒸馏、大规模数据预训练在视觉任务中的应用，熟悉相关工作如DINOv3等。 多模态学习（VLM/VLA） Vision-Language-Model（VLM）：研究视觉语言大模型，熟悉相关工作如 VARGPT、VPiT、Ross 等。 Vision-Language-Action（VLA）：研究视觉语言动作大模型并探索在自动驾驶场景应用，熟悉相关工作如 EMMA等。 世界模型（World Model）：研究基于自监督学习与强化学习结合的端到端世界模型，应用于自动驾驶场景的状态建模、状态转移预测与规划决策。
