1. Design, organize, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
2. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify system requirements and expected behaviors.
3. Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
4. Assist in improving software quality processes and testing workflows within the development team.
5. Support automation testing initiatives and help improve testing efficiency.
6. Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps and analysis.
7. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
8. Assist in maintaining release quality while supporting agile and fast-paced development cycles.
9. Provide basic development support or scripting tasks when necessary.

Must-Have

1. 2+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or software development.
2. Basic software development knowledge or programming experience (such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
3. Ability to design and organize structured test scenarios and test cases.
4. Familiarity with API testing, system integration testing, and regression testing concepts.
5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Proactive mindset with willingness to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and DevOps concepts.
