Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and applications.
• Participate in system architecture design, technical evaluation, and solution implementation.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps, Infra) to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Containerize applications and manage deployment using Docker
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

Must-Have

1. At least 3+ years of experience in software development.
2. Proficiency in Java
3. Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot
4. Solid experience working with Docker for containerization.
5. Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL
6. Proficient in Git and version control best practices.
7. Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
8. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) services and operations.
2. Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
3. Intermediate English communication skills, including participation in meetings and reading/writing technical materials.
4. Ability to create and maintain technical and system documentation
5. Experience in POS (Point of Sale) system development or related domains.
