Мы ищем стажёра Digital Technology, который присоединится к команде цифровых технологий.

Что мы ожидаем

Поддержка и мониторинг бизнес‑процессов.
Управление инцидентами и обеспечение стабильности систем.
Ведение документации и поддержка базы знаний.
Участие во внедрении продуктов CRM и DCX.
Работа с данными: базовый анализ, подготовка отчётности, создание дашбордов (под руководством наставника).
Взаимодействие с кросс‑функциональными командами в рамках цифровых инициатив.
Обеспечение соблюдения требований IT‑безопасности и внутреннего контроля.

Квалификации

Высшее образование или обучение на последних курсах в сфере IT, Computer Science, информационных систем, инженерии или смежных направлений.
Базовое понимание IT‑инфраструктуры, программных инструментов и пользовательской поддержки.
Сильный интерес к цифровой трансформации, данным, автоматизации и технологиям.
Знание MS Office; опыт работы с Power BI, SharePoint или другими цифровыми инструментами будет преимуществом.
Хорошие коммуникационные навыки, ответственность и желание учиться.
Владение английским и русским языками; знание узбекского является преимуществом.
