职位描述 1. 负责造型项目全生命周期管理，统筹造型设计阶段的进度、成本、质量目标达成，监督项目开发全流程落地执行。 2. 基于公司战略规划制定造型开发整体计划，拆解任务至各功能团队，推动跨部门协作与项目节点按期完成。 3. 识别造型项目进度的关键风险因素，建立风险预警与管控机制；协调国内外造型资源，组织跨模块会议推进问题解决，输出可行解决方案。 4. 作为造型团队与产品、整车项目、工程团队的核心接口人，针对影响项目进度的重大工程问题，及时预警并推动升级决策，保障项目节奏。 5. 主导效果图、3D 数据、油泥模型等关键节点的设计评审，输出会议纪要并跟踪决议事项闭环。 6. 负责项目阀点交付物的收集、评审及跨部门会签，确保设计输出符合项目标准与进度要求。 7. 对接外部模型供应商，统筹采购流程发起、项目计划推进，以及供应商制作过程的质量与进度双重管控。 8. 持续优化造型开发流程，沉淀项目管理方法论与案例库，推动团队项目管理能力迭代。
职位要求
职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，工业设计、汽车工程、机械设计等相关专业优先。 2. 7 年以上汽车造型项目管理经验，主导过 2 款及以上整车型造型项目全流程管理者优先；持有 PMP等项目管理认证者优先。 3. 英语可作为工作语言（听说读写流利），熟悉汽车造型设计开发流程。 4. 精通项目管理工具与方法，能精准平衡项目时间、成本、资源的关系，具备多维度项目管控能力。 5. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、协调及谈判能力，强推动意识与组织能力，能有效解决跨团队协作冲突。 6. 工作积极主动，高效执行，注重细节，具备良好的团队合作精神与抗压能力。
