As the Demand Forecasting & Customer Service Lead, you will play a critical role in connecting commercial ambition with operational execution. You’ll lead demand planning and customer service to ensure we deliver the right products, at the right time, to our customers — consistently and efficiently.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to shape business decisions and drive performance
Key Responsibilities
Lead the IBP process (Integrated Business Panning) to align demand plans across stakeholders.
Own and continuously enhance the end-to-end demand forecasting process, including a 24-month rolling forecast
Provide data-driven insights on risks and opportunities to support commercial decision-making
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful delivery of promotions and new product launches
Partner with Supply teams to ensure strong product availability while optimizing inventory
Lead and elevate Customer Service operations, ensuring high OTIF and service excellence
Build strong relationships with key customers and 3PL partners, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution
Drive performance tracking and continuous improvement across demand and customer service KPIs
Coach and develop your team, building capability and a culture of accountability and excellence
Delivering accurate, reliable forecasts that enable business growth
Achieving strong customer service levels (OTIF)
Optimizing inventory and working capital
Driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Customer Service within Supply Chain
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and systems (ERP/WMS)
Proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
