What You'll Be Doing

• Provide first-class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and medium-sized business clients
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency
• 
  Work in a dynamic and international environment alongside passionate and supportive colleagues
• Be part of a brand that values innovation, excellence, and user experience

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• 
  Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
• 
  Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• 
  Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
• 
  Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record

Salary & Benefits

• With free accommodation approx. €1,300/month gross
• Without accommodation approx. €1,550/month gross
• Bonus Up to €200/month based on performance
• Additional €300/month if you opt for no company housing
