
1. Supervision of Room Attendants.

2. Liaise with Housekeeping Coordinator to implement daily requests and action any new requests from Langham Touch throughout the day.

3. Attend to the delivery of special amenities according to the guest preference states in the profile.
通过客人历史档案,根据宾客的个人喜好在客房摆放特殊的用品。
4. Liaise with other departments on behalf of the guest and follow up to ensure all requests have been actioned to the guest’s satisfaction.
代表客人和其他部门联络,确保他们的要求都被执行以期得到客人的满意。
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the working stations.
保持工作间的整洁。
6. Reporting of maintenance, via the phone or on a request docket.
通过电话或者维修工程记录来报告设备保养。
7. Undertake daily room checks of all VIP guest rooms, Long Staying Guests, non-self-checking Room Attendants and spot checks of Room Attendants who are self-checking when it applies.
承担每日VIP宾客房间检查,常住客人的房间以及非自查服务员所做房间的检查,以及自查服务员所做的房间的抽查。
8. Report accidents and damages promptly to the Housekeeping Coordinator. Ensure the required paperwork is completed immediately.

Three years related working experience in hotel, at least 1 year in similar capacity.
