  1. Work with Director of Food and Beverage to develop the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans. Implement and maintain FOOD & BEVERAGE sales/marketing programs

  2. Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Food and Beverage operations in the front and back of the house to achieve all budget targets as well as stretch goals

  3. To ensure optimum guest satisfaction at all times and evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

  4. Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team

  5. Coordinate food and beverage operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service

  6. Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated

  7. Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage operations

  8. To drive a breakage program for the front of the house colleagues, working together with all parties, stewarding, kitchen and whoever is involved, in order to maintain breakage % level under the KPI agreed number.

  9. To ensure that any procedures set by Finance, HR or other operating departments are on line and implemented according.

Previous Restaurant management experience plus Minimum 10 years operations experience, at least 3 years management experience.
