职位描述
岗位职责： 1.深度参与整车新项目APQP开发流程，主导合作伙伴端前期质量策划，统筹PPAP、FMEA、控制计划、MSA等质量文件审核落地，跟进零部件试制、试装、量产导入全过程，提前识别工艺风险、物料风险、质量风险，推动合作伙伴优化改善，保障新项目SOP节点顺利达成。 2.负责量产阶段合作伙伴来料不良、过程异常、整车装配失效、市场售后质量问题的统筹处理，主导8D问题复盘、根因分析、5Why深度排查，制定整改、预防及遏制方案，跟踪整改落地效果，杜绝同类质量问题重复发生，持续降低零部件PPM与IPTV。 3.负责装饰件新合作伙伴的现场审核，支持公司内部特殊工艺下级合作伙伴准入审核及问题整改。 4.按月开展合作伙伴质量评分、分级评级，针对低绩效合作伙伴开展赋能、专项整改，持续优化整体供应链质量水平。 5.牵头与合作伙伴开展Partner Lean活动，利用自己的专业知识帮助合作伙伴寻找降本增效机会点，提升产能、优化工艺过程、提高合格率等。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 5年以上相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，化学或材料专业优先； 2. 精通喷涂，电镀等特殊工艺过程，对失效机理与改善措施有较深的沉淀； 3. 精通IATF16949体系、VDA系列标准，熟练掌握汽车五大质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA），可独立编写审核报告、8D整改报告、质量风险评估报告； 4. 具备基础英文读写能力，可看懂国际零部件技术标准、质量规范；具备极强的现场审核、谈判沟通、统筹协调能力，逻辑清晰、抗压性强； 5. 有一定的AI工具使用技能，具备数据分析和报告能力；
