清掃サービスマネージャー（沖縄）

顧客サービスの経験が必要で、迅速に問題に対応できる方を求めています。顧客サービス、スケジュール管理、会計スキルが必要です。時には自ら問題を解決したり、スポット清掃を行ったり、スタッフと協力して作業を完了したりすることが求められます。25名を超えるスタッフを監督し、スケジュールを設定し、給与計算を行い、その他の責任を負います。月曜日から土曜日までの勤務で、日本語と英語が話せる必要があります。

品質管理検査官の責任：

建物検査を実施し、作業の品質と建物の清潔さを確保し、安全手順が遵守されていることを証明します。モバイルデバイスで詳細なレポートをタイムリーに作成し、検査結果を文書化します。保管スタッフとサイトベースの管理者の間の連絡役として機能します。手順に従い、法規制を遵守することで、安全で健康的な労働環境を維持します。

Cleaning Service Manager - Okinawa

Need to have customer service experiences and need to respond quickly to issues. Customer service, Scheduling, and Accounting skills required. You will be required to fix issues quickly sometimes yourself, and spot cleaning and teaming with staff to get the job done. You will have over 25 staff to supervise, schedule, payroll, and other responsibilities as determined.

Monday – Sat - Need to speak Japanese and English,

The office is at Kadena Air Base

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

• Perform building inspections to ensure the quality of work, and cleanliness of buildings, and to certify that safety procedures are followed

• Documents inspection results by completing detailed reports on your mobile device in a timely manner.

• Act as a liaison between custodial staff and site-based administrators.

• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and complying with legal regulations.
