2027届的小伙伴，你好。在中科创达智能汽车事业群该岗位下，你可能会负责如下某一领域工作： 1.负责智能汽车核心底层软件系统的 C 语言研发工作，参与需求分析、方案设计、编码实现及系统优化，重点关注 BSP、驱动及实时控制相关模块。 2.负责车载操作系统底层框架与板级支持包（BSP）的设计与开发，包括内核裁剪与移植、芯片启动流程、外设驱动适配、电源管理、存储驱动及底层硬件抽象层实现。 3.负责嵌入式实时操作系统（RTOS）及 QNX 环境下的中间层与基础服务开发，包括任务调度、中断管理、通信接口封装、诊断服务、升级服务及安全服务的基础组件实现。 4.负责与嵌入式软件开发相关的工具链设计与维护，包括交叉编译工具链配置、链接脚本编写、烧录与调试工具、静态分析工具、自动化测试框架及持续集成流水线。 5.参与智能驾驶、智能座舱、车身控制等域控平台的底层软件架构设计与模块化拆分，完成 MCU 侧与 SoC 侧的软件接口定义与集成。 6.负责系统资源占用分析、启动时间优化、中断延迟优化、功耗优化及稳定性与可靠性提升，满足车载嵌入式环境对实时性和确定性的要求。 7.编写技术文档、软件设计说明及测试用例，参与代码评审、硬件原理图评审与技术分享。 8.跟踪汽车电子嵌入式软件、BSP、RTOS、QNX、MCU 及功能安全相关技术趋势，参与新平台、新芯片的预研与底层软件方案落地。 福利待遇 1.自有员工，五险一金，13薪，午餐补助/交通补助/误（晚）餐补助 2.每周双休，上班时间：早9:30-晚19:00，可提前1H弹性打卡；午休时间12:00-13:30 3.清晰的晋升通道/明确的培养计划/导师1对1学习，雏鹰计划/superman计划提供丰富的晋升通道
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、通信工程、车辆工程等相关专业。 2.扎实的 C 语言编程基础，熟悉嵌入式 C 编程规范（如 MISRA C），具备良好的代码风格和工程化编码习惯。 3.熟悉常用数据结构和算法，了解嵌入式环境下的内存管理、位操作、指针使用及临界区保护。 4.理解操作系统原理，包括任务调度、同步与互斥、信号量、消息队列、中断处理、内存管理及时间管理。 5.熟悉至少一种嵌入式实时操作系统，如 FreeRTOS、RT-Thread、uC/OS、ThreadX 等，有实际项目开发或移植经验者优先。 6.了解 QNX 操作系统架构，有 QNX BSP、驱动或资源管理器开发经验者优先。 7.了解 Linux 内核或嵌入式 Linux 驱动开发流程，熟悉设备树、platform 总线、字符设备驱动等概念者优先。 8.了解汇编语言，能够阅读启动代码、中断向量表及底层上下文切换代码者优先。
