2027届的小伙伴，你好。在中科创达智能汽车事业群该岗位下，你可能会负责如下某一领域工作： 1.负责智能汽车核心软件系统的 C/C++ 研发工作，参与需求分析、方案设计、编码实现及系统优化。 2.负责车载操作系统底层框架的设计与开发，包括内核裁剪、驱动适配、进程/线程管理、内存管理、文件系统、电源管理与启动流程优化。 3.负责操作系统中间层框架的设计与开发，包括系统服务、通信中间件、诊断服务、升级服务、安全服务及抽象层接口封装。 4.负责与操作系统相关的工具链设计与开发，包括构建系统、交叉编译工具链、调试工具、静态/动态分析工具、自动化测试框架及持续集成流水线。 5.参与智能驾驶、智能座舱、车身控制等域控平台的软件架构设计与模块化拆分。 6.负责系统性能分析、资源占用优化、启动时间优化、稳定性与可靠性提升。 7.编写技术文档、设计文档及测试用例，参与代码评审与技术分享。 8.跟踪汽车电子软件技术趋势，参与新平台、新架构的预研与落地。 福利待遇 1.自有员工，五险一金，13薪，午餐补助/交通补助/误（晚）餐补助 2.每周双休，上班时间：早9:30-晚19:00，可提前1H弹性打卡；午休时间12:00-13:30 3.清晰的晋升通道/明确的培养计划/导师1对1学习，雏鹰计划/superman计划提供丰富的晋升通道
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程、通信工程等相关专业。 2.扎实的 C/C++ 编程基础，熟悉面向对象设计、常用设计模式、STL 及现代 C++ 特性。 3.熟悉常用数据结构和算法，具备良好的代码风格和工程化编码习惯。 4.熟悉操作系统原理，包括进程/线程调度、同步与互斥、内存管理、文件系统、中断处理等。 5.了解 Linux 或 QNX、FreeRTOS、RT-Thread 等实时操作系统，有实际开发或移植经验者优先。 6.了解 ARM 体系结构，具备嵌入式 Linux 开发经验者优先。
