【職務概要】
ファッションブティック事業発展に貢献するキーパーソンとして、マネージャーのもとブティックを運営します。また、ファションアドバイザーの模範となり周囲へ良い影響を与えるための重要な役割を担います。組織の方針や目標をスタッフへ示すと同時に、スタッフを理解し育成を行います。
【職務内容】
主に以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
・ブティックの販売プランの作成と実行をします
・ブティックマネージャーならびに担当スーパーバイザー、本社と協力し、百貨店や業者にブティックの要望を伝え交渉します
・ブティックマネージャーならびにスーパーバイザー、本社と協力し催事、イベントを企画実行します
・ブティックの商品動向の把握をし、効率的な店舗運営に役立てます
・顧客管理（新規顧客開拓と既存顧客維持）
・在庫管理、金銭管理（入出金管理・レジ照合）
・盗難・事故クレームの防止と対応
・経費管理、計数管理
・ファッションアドバイザーの管理と評価、育成
【応募資格】
※必須
・10名程度のスタッフ管理経験
・アパレルでのマネジメント経験 ※5年以上が望ましい。

・語学(英語：基本的な日常会話ができるレベル)
