【職務概要】
ブティックオブハウスコーディネーター(BOHC)は、CHANELブティック(店舗)を日々円滑に運営するため、ブティックアドミニストレーションマネージャー(BAM)のもと、販売活動以外のバックヤードを中心とした幅広い業務を担うキーパーソンです。サービス精神が旺盛で人のために役に立ちたいという方。柔軟性が高く、様々なタスクにチャレンジしたい、スキル向上と仕事の幅を広げたい、という方にお任せいたします。
【主な職務内容】
店舗(ブティック)運営のためのサポート業務全般
個人情報の管理(顧客、社員)
アドミニストレーション業務 (ベンダーの請求書管理、ブティックの製品在庫管理、用度品/貸与品管理、社内メール/電話対応 など)
資産の管理(製品・備品・什器品)
社内の関係部門との調整業務
