【主な職務内容】
■ブティックの予算管理、数値分析・レポーティング業務
・売上の分析やレポート作成業務を通して、マネジメントメンバーへ定期的な課題提起を行う
・ブティックのKPI進捗管理
・CRMガイドラインに従って、新規客/ 離反客/ 既存顧客を適切にフォローする
・百貨店のビジネス動向及びコンペティター情報の収集とレポート業務
■店舗(ブティック)の運営
・個人情報の管理(顧客、社員)
・アドミニストレーション業務 (ベンダーの請求書管理、ブティックの在庫管理、用度品/貸与品管理、社内メール/電話対応 など)
・資産の管理(製品・備品・什器品)
【応募資格 】
- 数値分析(売上・CRM等)の日常的な業務経験者
- 自らデータを分析、精査して課題抽出、解決策立案の実務経験者
- リテール業界での就業経験
- 語学力:日常英語会話レベル以上の方は優遇いたします
