Pour nous accompagner dans cette nouvelle phase, nous recherchons un(e) Board Member capable d’apporter une vision business forte, de challenger nos décisions et de contribuer à notre trajectoire.
En tant que Board Member, tu auras pour mission de :
challenger la stratégie globale et les priorités de croissance
questionner le positionnement, l’offre et le pricing, aider à structurer une organisation scale-up (process, gouvernance, KPI)
apporter un regard externe exigeant et bienveillant
soutenir l’équipe dirigeante dans les décisions clés
Nous recherchons un profil :
business oriented et orienté impact
capable de naviguer entre stratégie, produit et opérations
habitué aux environnements scale-up (croissance, structuration, priorisation)
capable de donner un feedback clair, direct, actionnable à l’aise pour challenger sans micro-manager
Une expérience dans des environnements mêlant produit + opérations (ex : retail, food, marketplace, hardware/IoT, logistique, services B2B) est un plus.
