We are looking for a young and dynamic Process Engineer who is eager to learn, work hands-on, and make a real impact on the production floor.
Monitor and optimize production processes on the shopfloor
Work hands-on with machinery to identify and solve issues in real time
Analyze root causes and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen)
Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, or related fields)
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Willing to work on-site at the shopfloor with frequent exposure to machinery
Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement spirit
Proactive, responsible, and committed to Safety First culture
Basic English communication skills
