职位描述
安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 负责储能、智能产品等相关项目 2. 参与新产品市场调研，新项目市场需求评审、技术可行性方案评审 3. 组织召开新产品立项会议、风险评审会议，起草新项目立项书、项目计划、制定项目阶段达成目标 4. 负责项目成本分析与管控，BOM审核 5. 掌控项目各环节的进度，定期召开项目阶段会议，定期向上级汇报 6. 项目变更管理，随时根据项目阶段状况，调整项目范围，努力达成范围、周期、成本的平衡
