安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 参与并逐步掌握洞察用户，发现用户核心诉求，并创造更多用户价值 2. 与研发共同探索评估技术实现方案，完成产品定义与设计概要方案 3. 市场与竞争分析，结合用户需求、供应链、技术实现可行性、商业化团队销量预估，计算投入产出，与产品经理主管完成产品立项 4. 跟踪产品开发过程中的用户体验问题，详细定义体验维度与程度，并结合技术进行体验优化 5. 参与上市物料、认证、包装等定义，并保证内容准确无误，完成对商业化团队的产品培训 6. 收集产品上市后的用户反馈，分析问题并持续优化产品功能和用户体验
