安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 参与公司核心业务场景的算法模型设计、实现与优化，包括但不限于推荐系统、预测模型、NLP等方向 2. 负责数据特征的挖掘与工程化，构建高效的特征处理与模型训练管道 3. 进行机器学习/深度学习模型的开发、调优及线上部署，持续跟踪模型效果 4. 探索前沿算法技术，通过技术创新提升业务效果 5. 通过数据分析挖掘业务痛点，结合算法技术提出优化方案，推动数据驱动的业务决策
