职位描述
岗位职责 1. 负责面向数据采集场景的移动端 App 设计、开发与持续迭代，覆盖任务领取、设备连接、采集控制、状态展示、数据上传和结果反馈等核心流程。 2. 负责蓝牙、Wi-Fi、USB 等设备连接与通信能力开发，完成不同终端、系统版本和硬件型号的兼容适配。 3. 建设离线缓存、断点续传、弱网重试、后台任务、异常恢复和日志诊断能力，保障长时间采集过程稳定可靠。 4. 持续优化启动速度、页面流畅度、功耗、内存和网络流量，提升采集人员在复杂现场环境下的使用体验。 5. 参与接口协议、数据安全、隐私保护和发布质量体系建设，与产品、设备、后端及测试团队协同完成版本交付。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 3 年及以上移动端开发经验。 2. 熟练掌握 Android Kotlin/Java、iOS Swift/Objective-C 中至少一个技术方向，或具备 Flutter、React Native 等跨平台项目经验。 3. 熟悉移动端网络通信、本地存储、多线程、后台任务、权限管理和生命周期机制。 4. 具备设备连接、音视频采集、文件上传或大文件传输中的一项或多项实践经验。 5. 有良好的用户体验、工程质量和问题定位意识，能够独立推进功能从设计、开发到上线。 加分项 1. 有智能硬件、IoT、机器人、运动相机或现场作业类 App 开发经验。 2. 有复杂设备适配、弱网传输、离线优先或大规模终端稳定性治理经验。 3. 熟悉移动端自动化测试、灰度发布、性能监控和崩溃分析体系。
