【主な職務】
＜スタッフ対応＞
•日々のオペレーションを管理し、適切な人員配置とシフト管理を行う。 •サービススタッフおよびキッチンチームを統率し、育成・評価を実施•チームメンバーのスキル向上およびキャリア成長を支援 •サービス基準・コンプライアンス遵守の徹底•必要に応じて採用・人事評価・指導などの人事対応を実施
＜お客様への対応＞
•鉄板焼ならではのライブ感・高付加価値体験の提供•店舗の清潔性・設備状態の維持管理•お客様の要望・苦情への迅速かつ適切な対応•顧客満足度向上のための施策立案と実行•VIP・リピーター顧客への関係構築
＜業務範囲＞
•レストラン運営全般の統括（ホール・キッチン連携）•シェフと連携したメニュー企画・改善•食材・飲料の品質管理および安全管理•在庫管理・発注・ロス削減の徹底•市場動向・競合分析およびサービス改善•プロモーションやイベント企画の実施
