职位描述
面向公司 IT 运维场景，参与 AI 运维相关产品和工具的设计、开发与落地，提升 IT 运维团队在故障排查、知识检索、自动化处理、资产管理、告警分析等方面的效率； 结合 Windows 服务器、办公软硬件、研发软件、网络设备、弱电机房等 IT 基础设施场景，开发面向运维人员的智能化工具或服务； 参与运维知识库、故障案例库、标准操作流程 SOP、监控告警数据等内容的结构化治理，并探索基于大模型、RAG、Agent 等技术的智能问答、自动诊断和辅助决策能力； 参与 IT 运维自动化平台、脚本工具、接口服务、数据采集与分析模块的开发，推动重复性运维工作的自动化和产品化； 与 IT 运维、信息安全、研发效能等团队协作，理解真实业务场景和用户需求，持续优化 AI 运维产品体验和实际应用效果。
职位要求
2027届硕士毕业生，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息安全、网络工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先； 具备扎实的计算机基础，理解操作系统、计算机网络、数据库、分布式系统、计算机组成原理等基础知识； 熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，如 Python、Go、Java 等，具备良好的代码开发、调试和问题排查能力； 对 IT 运维、基础设施、自动化、AIOps 方向有兴趣，愿意深入理解企业 IT 场景中的实际问题； 具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力和问题分析能力，能够主动推进任务，配合团队完成产品开发、测试、上线及持续优化工作； 做事严谨负责，具备较强的自驱力和工程意识，关注工具的稳定性、可用性和实际落地效果。 优先条件：熟悉Agent应用开发相关知识（如RAG、MCP、Skill等）
