此職位需運用生成式AI（Gen AI）及機器學習（ML）技術，協助金融產業客戶解決業務挑戰、提升作業效率與優化決策流程。
我們期待您能將 AI／ML 技術應用於實際金融商業場景，協助客戶在數位轉型浪潮中保持競爭力、加速創新、並提升營運效能。
工作內容：
數據處理與模型建置:
釐清客戶核心需求，將商業問題轉化為 AI／ML 解決方案，應用於金融業務場景。
建置及優化機器學習模型（如：信用風險、推薦系統、異常偵測等），並進行模型驗證與效能調校，確保模型的穩健性與準確性。
運用 Gen AI 技術（如：LLM 微調、RAG 架構、Prompt Engineering）開發與優化生成式 AI 應用。
研究與導入AI、Machine Learning相關技術與工具。
商業洞察與報告呈現：
透過數據視覺化工具，呈現分析結果與模型輸出，提供客戶具體分析成果與建議。
協助其他主管交辦事項，彈性支援團隊內的其他分析或專案需求。
熟悉統計工具，如：Python、R、SAS……等。
具AI、Machine Learning或Data Science相關專題或專案經驗。
具資料視覺化工具使用經驗（如 Power BI / Tableau）。
具金融或商業分析相關背景者尤佳。
