职位描述
负责机器人动作、手势、表情等 AIGC 算法研究与落地，提升自然度、拟人性和表现力。 - 研究文本、语音、音乐、视频等多模态驱动的动作与表情生成，包括 Text/Audio-to-Motion、Gesture Generation、Lip Sync 等。 - 研究 Transformer、Diffusion/DiT 等生成模型，重点突破长序列生成、实时流式生成、多模态对齐与动作连续性。 - 结合机器人本体开展动作重定向、IK/FK、运动学约束及可执行性优化，推动真机部署与产品化落地。 - 建设动作及多模态数据训练、评测和迭代体系，持续提升模型泛化能力。
职位要求
计算机视觉、AI、机器人、图形学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先。 - 具有 Human Motion Generation、3D Animation、Gesture/Facial Generation、Digital Human 等相关经验。 - 熟悉 Transformer、Diffusion、DiT 等生成模型及 PyTorch。 - 熟悉三维人体动画、骨骼、IK/FK、动作重定向等相关技术。 - 具备较强算法研究与工程落地能力。 加分项 - 有机器人、数字人、游戏角色动画或实时交互项目落地经验。 - 有大规模动捕/人体动作数据训练经验，熟悉 MetaHuman、Unreal Engine 等工具链。 - 有多模态生成、长序列生成、流式生成或生成式基础模型研发经验。 - 在 CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、SIGGRAPH、NeurIPS、ICLR 等顶会发表相关论文者优先。
