职位描述
1、深入接触业务痛点，识别重复性高，规则明确、效率低下的业务环节，挖掘业务AI可落地场景； 2、结合业务需求与现有AI技术能力，依托大语言模型、自动化工具、数据分析能力，设计适配业务的轻量化AI解决方案； 3、持续跟踪AIGC、行业AI应用、数字化自动化前沿技术与落地案例，结合公司业务特性，输出技术适配分析、场景创新建议； 4、根据业务需求完成高质量的专项课题分析,通过对数据的敏锐洞察、定性和定量分析、以及模型建设,迅速定位内部问题或发现机会；
职位要求
1、数学,统计学,计算机等理工科相关专业硕士(含)以上学历； 2、对企业ai落地、业务数字化、流程自动化有浓厚兴趣，熟悉主流AI工具的实际应用； 3、较强的业务洞察力和数据敏感度,清晰的逻辑思维,能够识别业务潜在机会与风险； 4、有较强的逻辑性,良好的沟通表达和组织协调能力； 5、具备快速学习能力，愿意深耕业务+AI复合赛道，有持续复盘、优化迭代的工作习惯。
