Join athenahealth as an Al Marketing Manager based in Bangalore - Whitefield, India, in a hybrid work model. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Al automation and integration initiatives that enhance marketing workflows and business outcomes. The Al Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Al Marketing Strategy.
Team Summary
The Al team at athenahealth is dedicated to setting the vision for Al roadmap adoption through 2026 and 2027. Essential Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Al automation solutions to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage API integrations across platforms such as Zapier, Airtable, PowerBI, and Tableau to support data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Analyze marketing data using PowerBI and Tableau to generate actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Al-enhanced workflows that support marketing objectives.
• Maintain and optimize basic Python, JavaScript, and SQL scripts to support automation and data integration tasks.
• Evaluate emerging Al tools and technologies to recommend and integrate solutions that enhance marketing productivity.
• Guide team members and stakeholders in adopting Al tools and best practices within marketing workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Al automation systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document Al processes, integrations, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
• Integrate Al into marketing workflows by evaluating tools, implementing solutions, and supporting team adoption to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• Support training sessions and workshops to help marketing employees upskill in Al and automation tools.
• Assist in the develooment of marketine: dashboards and visualization tools for leadershio reoortine:.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects involving Al and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for Al-driven enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Al, automation, and marketing technology.
• Provide technical support for Al and automation tools used by the marketing team.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners for Al tool integrations and support.
• Assist in data governance and compliance related to Al and marketing data usage.
• Help create documentation and training materials for Al tools and processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Expected Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Al automation, API integrations, or marketing technology roles.
• Proficiency with Al automation platforms such as Zapier and Airtable.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
• Basic coding knowledge in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent problem-solvingand communication skills.
