ארגון מעוז פועל לקידום מענה לאתגרים הבוערים הניצבים בפני מדינת ישראל בתחום החברתי-כלכלי, באמצעות בניית רשת של מנהיגים מהמגזרים הציבורי, החברתי והעסקי, הפועלים יחד לקידום יוזמות ושינויים משמעותיים בחברה הישראלית.
כחלק מהמשך פיתוח התשתיות הארגוניות והטמעת דרכי עבודה חדשניות, ארגון מעוז מחפש אינטגרטור בינה מלאכותית (AI Integrator) להרחבת השימוש בכלי AI ברחבי הארגון.
התפקיד כולל הטמעה ויישום של כלי AI ומערכות מתקדמות בארגון, התאמתם לצרכים של צוותים ותהליכי עבודה, ובנייה של כלים ופתרונות המסייעים לקדם את עבודת הארגון. העבודה משלבת חיבור לעולמות התוכן והעשייה של מעוז, עבודה עם מערכות טכנולוגיות, יכולות פיתוח והתנסות שוטפת בכלים וטכנולוגיות חדשות.
העבודה בהיקף של משרה מלאה ממשרדי הארגון בלוד, אך קיימת גמישות להעסקה בהיקף משרה חלקי.

MAOZ Network members include CEOs, mayors, directors-general, and executives from government, local authorities, business, and civil society - representing all sectors and populations.
The leaders join MAOZ through a highly meticulous admission process and undergo intensive, transformative leadership programs. These programs strengthen their leadership, deepen their understanding of Israeli society, and equip them to navigate complex, systemic challenges.
As part of the Network, members continue to learn and collaborate across sectors - launching and leading initiatives that drive meaningful systemic changes in health, education, employment, local government, welfare, and rehabilitation of the South and the North of Israel.
