财务实习生- AI Agent数字化转型北京实习智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化日常实习生职位描述
● AI Agent 工具探索与部署
○ 调研并测试主流 AI Agent 平台及工具（如 Coze、Dify、Claude Coworker 等）
○ 基于财务团队实际场景设计 Agent 工作流
○ 搭建、调试并优化 Agent 提示词与知识库，持续提升响应准确率
● 系统集成与联通
○ 通过 API 对接公司内部系统：飞书、财务数据库、代码库等
○ 设计并实现 Agent 与现有系统的数据流转方案，确保数据安全与流程闭环
○ 编写自动化脚本，提升跨系统协作效率
● 场景落地与效果跟踪
○ 识别财务团队的高频、重复性工作场景，将 AI 方案转化为生产力
○ 收集用户反馈，持续迭代 Agent 能力，输出使用文档与最佳实践
○ 协助建立 AI 使用规范，确保合规性与数据隐私保护
职位要求
● 知名院校，本科及以上在读，优先考虑：计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业
● 熟悉 Python编程语言，熟悉常见关系型数据库、非关系型MongoDB、Redis、消息队列等组件，并了解其基本原理
● 了解 LLM 基本原理，有使用 ChatGPT、Claude、Coze 等 AI 工具进行任务自动化的项目经验或个人AI产品实践经验
● 对 AI 技术有强烈兴趣，能快速上手新工具
● 良好的沟通和团队协作精神，抗压能力强，有责任心投递
