1、负责探索大型软件工程的AI自进化系统研究。
职位要求
基本要求： 1、计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握 Python/Java/C++等语言，有实际项目开发经验； 3、对大语言模型（LLM）有基本了解，使用过主流AI工具，对AI编码方向有浓厚兴趣； 4、了解软件开发基本流程（需求→设计→编码→测试），有一定的工程实践经验； 5、自驱力强，学习能力突出，能快速上手新技术领域。 加分项（有任意一项即可）： 1、有大模型相关研究或开发经验（Prompt Engineering、微调、RAG 等）； 2、了解 AI Agent 框架（OpenClaw，LangChain、AutoGPT 等）或有 Agent 应用开发经验； 3、熟悉程序分析、编译原理、AST 等代码分析技术； 4、在 AI/SE 相关领域有论文发表或开源项目贡献； 5、有大型代码仓库（万行级以上）的开发或分析经验。

AI软件工程自进化系统:1、工程经验的自主获取与内化机制：研究AI系统如何从代码审查反馈、CI/CD结果、线上故障等工程信号中自主提取可复用知识，构建可增长的工程认知模型； 2、自我评估与能力边界感知：探索AI系统对自身输出质量的元认知能力，使其能够识别知识盲区、判断置信度，并主动触发定向学习或人类求助； 3、闭环自进化框架设计：设计"执行→反馈→归因→改进"的自动化进化闭环，使系统在持续参与软件工程任务的过程中实现能力的自主迭代提升； 4、大规模代码仓库中的长期适应性：研究AI系统如何适应不断演化的代码库架构、编码规范与业务逻辑，在百万行级工程中保持理解的时效性与准确性； 5、安全约束下的自主进化：在系统自进化过程中，确保演化方向符合工程质量标准与安全规范，避免"奖励黑客"式的退化行为。
