2027届的小伙伴，你好。在中科创达智能汽车事业群该岗位下，你可能会负责如下某一领域工作： 1.负责智能汽车行业专用大模型的研发，包括 10B–100B 参数级模型的预训练、领域微调、对齐（SFT/RLHF/DPO 等），构建面向车载场景的行业大模型。 2.负责多模态融合算法的研究与开发，包括语言、视觉、语音等模态的对齐与联合建模，支持实时车端交互，如智能座舱多模态助手、多模态感知、人机共驾交互等。 3.负责边缘侧推理加速，包括模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏、投机解码、算子融合与定制优化等，实现车端推理性能提升 2–5 倍，满足低延迟、低功耗、高稳定性要求。 跟踪 NeurIPS、ICML、ACL、CVPR、ICCV 等顶级会议前沿论文，完成关键算法的快速复现、评估与产品化落地，建立技术预研到工程转化的闭环。 4.参与车端 AI 平台建设，包括数据管道、分布式训练框架、多模态评测体系、模型部署工具链及持续集成流水线。 5.参与多模态模型在实车环境中的性能分析、稳定性优化、安全问题排查及迭代改进。 编写技术方案、实验报告与设计文档，参与代码评审、技术分享与团队知识沉淀。 福利待遇 1.自有员工，五险一金，13薪，午餐补助/交通补助/误（晚）餐补助 2.每周双休，上班时间：早9:30-晚19:00，可提前1H弹性打卡；午休时间12:00-13:30 3.清晰的晋升通道/明确的培养计划/导师1对1学习，雏鹰计划/superman计划提供丰富的晋升通道
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、自动化、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业。 2.扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，深入理解 Transformer、注意力机制、归一化、优化器等核心组件。 3.精通 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等深度学习框架，具备独立搭建、训练和调试大模型的能力。 4.熟悉大模型技术栈，包括预训练、SFT、RLHF、DPO、PPO 等对齐方法，掌握 LoRA、QLoRA、Adapter 等高效微调技术。 5.熟悉分布式训练框架与策略，如 DeepSpeed、Megatron-LM、FSDP、数据并行、模型并行、流水线并行、ZeRO 等。 6.了解主流多模态模型架构，如 CLIP、BLIP、LLaVA、Flamingo、Qwen-VL、InternVL、GPT-4o 等，了解模态对齐、跨模态注意力、视觉编码器与 LLM 结合方法。 7.了解模型压缩与推理加速技术，包括 PTQ/QAT 量化、结构化/非结构化剪枝、知识蒸馏、投机解码、KV Cache 优化等。
