职位要求
1、本科及以上应届毕业生，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉 Python，了解 LLM 基本原理（Transformer、RAG、Fine-tuning）； 3、有 LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI 等 Agent 框架使用经验者优先； 4、熟悉至少一种主流大模型 API（OpenAI / Claude / 通义 / 文心），熟悉至少一种主流AI工具（Cursor、Claude Code、Codex、Trae、Quder等） 5、有较强的学习能力与工程实践意识，具备良好的团队协作精神。 加分项： 1、有 Agent 相关项目或开源贡献经历； 2、了解 MCP、Function Calling、Tool Use 等技术规范。
