职位描述
负责 Agent 及核心应用能力的设计与开发，推动大模型在智能汽车、研发提效及企业服务等场景中的落地； 建设 Agent 核心能力，包括任务规划、工具调用、Context / Memory、RAG、多 Agent 协同等； 面向具体业务问题设计 Agent 工作流，完成模型、知识、工具及业务系统之间的集成； 建设 Agent 评测与优化机制，通过测试集、指标及 Bad Case 分析持续提升任务完成质量； 跟踪 Agent、LLM、RAG、多模态等技术发展，并结合实际场景验证和引入新的技术能力。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业； 具备扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握 Python、Java、C++ 等至少一门编程语言； 了解大语言模型基本原理及常见应用方式，对 Prompt、Tool / Function Calling、RAG、Agent 等技术有基本理解； 具备良好的工程实现能力，能够将实际问题拆解并通过代码完成验证； 对 AI Agent 有较强兴趣，愿意持续探索模型能力边界，并通过工程方法提升效果； 具备较强的学习能力、自驱力、问题分析能力和团队协作意识。
