后端开发工程师（电商 + AI Agent 方向）HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1.Node.js Development: Responsible for the full back-end R&D of cross-border e-commerce Apps/independent sites and AI Agent services based on Node.js, covering the logic of user systems, order transactions, payment and settlement, and service scheduling of AI creation tools.
2.E-commerce Business Implementation: Connect with international payment systems such as Stripe/PayPal and cross-border logistics, implement modules such as GMV profit sharing and settlement, and comply with regulatory requirements in multiple overseas regions.
3.System Optimization & Collaboration: Optimize interface performance and database query efficiency, and troubleshoot high-concurrency issues.
1. Node.js 开发：基于 Node.js 负责跨境电商 App / 独立站、AI Agent 服务的后端全链路研发，覆盖用户体系、订单交易、支付结算、AI 创作工具服务调度等逻辑；
2. 电商业务落地：对接 Stripe/PayPal 国际支付、跨境物流，实现 GMV 分成结算等模块，适配海外多地区合规要求；
3. 系统优化与协作：优化接口性能、数据库查询效率，排查高并发问题。Qualifications1.Core Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors; 2+ years of Node.js back-end development experience with a solid grasp of JS/TS languages and related libraries; experience with Go language or front-end development is a plus.
2.Database Capabilities: Proficient in database design, index optimization and transaction processing; able to independently solve storage and performance issues in complex data scenarios.
3.AI Large Models: Familiar with the basic principles of AI large models; experience in orchestration and implementation such as AI large model API integration and Dify platform is a plus.
4.Business Experience: Experience in back-end development for overseas e-commerce / cross-border business / AI Agent is a plus; familiar with payment and order fulfillment processes.
5.Soft Skills: Strong learning ability to quickly master new tools and frameworks; entrepreneurial drive, passion for tackling uncharted problems, and excellent ability to solve problems independently.
1. 核心技术：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2 年以上 Node.js 后端开发经验，扎实掌握JS/TS 语言和库；有 Go 语言或前端经验优先；
2. 数据库能力：熟悉数据的设计、索引优化、事务处理，能独立解决复杂数据场景下的存储与性能问题；
3. AI 大模型：熟悉 AI 大模型基础原理，有大模型 API 对接、Dify 平台等编排落地经验优先；
4. 业务经验：有海外电商 / 跨境业务/AI Agent 后端经验优先，熟悉支付、订单履约流程；
