职位描述
1、 负责结构化数据大模型核心算法的前沿技术探索，包括数据合成、预训练、模型优化等； 2、大模型算法数据挖掘与优化，提升数据集质量和多样性，并在海量真实业务数据上继续预训练； 3、 负责模型加速与优化，轻量化设计与处理，包括模型剪枝 / 量化等算法研发。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、在图神经网络、知识图谱或因果推断方面有扎实的研究经历，有CCF-A类论文发表经历者优先； 3、扎实的计算机和深度学习基础，能够灵活应用解决实际问题； 4、熟悉大模型、深度学习原理和基本模型，熟练使用常用深度学习工具； 5、较强的算法实现能力，掌握 Python/C++/C 等语言，熟练使用PyTorch； 6、具有较强的学习能力和创新精神，良好的团队合作精神，较强的责任心。
