职位描述
1.负责产品线软件全生命周期的质量保障工作，包括质量策划，质量方法及产应用，确保前期开发质量。 2.利用数据分析技术，挖掘和整理软件质量相关数据，建立多维度的质量度量体系，推动软件产品质量持续优化。 3.结合人工智能技术，探索并落地 AI 在失效总结、缺陷预测、智能监控等方面的创新应用，提升质量工程的智能化水平。 4.深入融入跨职能业务团队，主动识别项目过程中的质量风险，协同主管制定并实施改进方案。 5.跟踪和研究业界先进的 AI 赋能的质效提升方法，引入合适的工具或框架，促进团队技术能力的迭代升级。
职位要求
1.硕士及以上学历，汽车工程、计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业背景。 2.了解软件开发流程和质量保障体系。 3.掌握至少一种编程语言（如Python/Java），具备数据处理或机器学习基础，有AI相关项目实践经验者优先。 4.出色的沟通表达能力与逻辑思维，能够清晰定位问题并提出有效解决方案。
