职位描述
负责AI视觉算法模型的调研、设计、训练与迭代，涵盖图像分类、目标检测、图像超分、夜景增强、语义分割等视觉相关模型研发； 针对终端设备算力、功耗限制，完成模型轻量化、量化、剪枝、蒸馏等优化工作，保障模型在终端高效部署运行； 构建、清洗、扩充视觉数据集，优化数据增强策略，提升模型精度、鲁棒性和泛化能力； 配合ISP、Camera软件团队完成模型落地联调，解决模型部署、运行适配问题，迭代优化智能影像体验。
职位要求
2027届硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机视觉、机器学习、计算机科学、电子信息等相关专业； 扎实掌握机器学习、深度学习基础理论，熟悉CNN、Transformer等主流视觉网络结构； 熟练使用Python，精通PyTorch/TensorFlow任意一种深度学习框架，具备独立模型训练、调优经验； 熟悉OpenCV、图像处理基础，有图像增强、目标检测、视觉生成等相关项目经验者优先； 了解模型量化、终端推理部署流程，有NPU/端侧模型部署经验者加分； 具备良好的科研思维和问题解决能力，热爱计算机视觉领域，愿意长期深耕影像AI方向。
