设计 AI 的认知图谱：拒绝让 LLM 瞎猜。你将负责企业级本体语义网络的设计，把复杂的现实业务抽象为 Data-to-AI 的知识语义层，构建让大模型直接对齐物理世界的统一 Schema。 架构 Agentic 自动化工作流：负责下一代数据 Agent 平台的功能定义。你要攻克的是 ReAct、Plan-and-Solve 等高级推理框架在数据分析场景的落地，让 Agent 拥有多步规划与反思能力。 打通工具链：设计极度丝滑的 Tool 编排机制，让 Agent 能够作为智能中枢，精准、安全地调用底层异构数据库和复杂 API 矩阵。 端到端闭环优化：负责 Prompt 工程、上下文优化以及 RAG 系统的链路设计，用指标量化并驱动 Agent 的进化。
职位要求
原生 AI 项目的 Builder：必须有 AI 项目的实战经验。别只谈接 API，我们需要你真正调过 Prompt 策略、处理过 Agent 陷入死循环的幻觉问题，或者实现过复杂的 RAG 链路。 技术极客：熟练使用 AI 编程助手，看得懂代码，对 Python、SQL 或是当下最前沿的 Agent 框架有概念或实操经验。 对数据有结构化洁癖：能够穿透表象看本质，具备顶级的数据抽象能力，对本体建模或知识图谱有极高的敏感度。 极度拥抱不确定性：每天都在跟最新的 LLM 打交道，具备强大的直觉与自我迭代速度，享受与模型调教和博弈的过程。
