职位描述
岗位职责（需要英文简历） 参与公司AI视觉、AI Agent及智能机器人等核心产品在生产现场的落地，协助完成需求调研、场景定义及迭代规划； 参与AI用例的全流程交付，从产线数据采集到应用上线，包括数据准备、现场测试与结果记录； 协助将AI应用与现有工厂系统（MES、SCADA、PLC数据）对接，理解生产数据流向及AI的价值切入点； 与制造及物流领域的工程师直接对接，理解业务痛点，并与算法、软件团队协同形成技术可行的解决方案； 协助项目计划、进度跟踪、风险识别与用户反馈收集，并在上线前协助校验AI输出是否符合工程与安全规则； 跟踪AI前沿技术与发展趋势，参与场景与产品的优化创新
职位要求
（需要英文简历） 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、机械/制造工程、数据科学等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 具备扎实的AI理论基础，通过课程、科研、实习或竞赛熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、大语言模型、AI Agent等； 熟练掌握Python，具备处理真实、非规整数据的能力； 具有良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，能清晰撰写技术文档并进行方案汇报； 中英文读写流利，英文可作为工作语言，有国外留学经历优先； 有制造、物联网或OT系统（PLC、SCADA、MES）相关背景者优先； 有AI应用端到端落地的实习或项目经验者优先；
