职位描述
岗位职责 1、基于公司战略、行业洞察与技术趋势，制定公司中长期产品战略规划、技术研究规划，牵引并分解到各业务部的产品规划、中台技术规划和研究规划。 2、基于产品规划与新业务孵化需求，梳理公司核心产品能力、技术能力缺口，牵引公司级产品中台、技术中台的建设与迭代。 3、负责具身智能大模型、Physical Agent、多模态大模型、具身智能等AI产品的产品定位、核心能力定义、技术路径规划、产品迭代roadmap制定。 4、深入理解大模型预训练、微调、对齐、多模态理解、Agent框架、具身智能等核心技术，联动算法研发团队，推动AI能力的产品化落地与持续优化。 5、深度调研不同场景下的AI需求，定义产品的核心落地场景与用户价值，制定从技术能力到商业化产品的落地路径，牵引AI技术中台、具身智能算法的迭代。 6、跟踪全球大模型、具身智能AI、Agent领域的技术趋势与竞品动态，预判通用人工智能技术发展趋势，持续优化产品与技术规划，构建AI核心竞争力与技术壁垒。
职位要求
职位要求 1、3年以上 AI 产品管理经验，主导过大语言模型（LLM）、多模态大模型（VLM）、AI Agent 或相关 AI 技术产品的规划与落地，并有将前沿 AI 技术成功商业化的实际案例。 2、深入理解大模型、Agent、强化学习、多模态融合及语音交互等核心技术原理。 3、能够主导构建融合语言、视觉、动作与情感的复杂多模态交互系统。 4、具备卓越的逻辑思维、系统分析、沟通协调和专业文档撰写能力。
