职位描述
1.参与构建基于大语言模型的 AI Agent，参与整车研发相关软件平台/内部管理系统等及工具的设计与开发，支撑公司产研效能数字化相关业务。 2.深度参与业务需求评审、技术方案设计与代码审查，编写高复用性核心代码，确保任务的高质量交付与敏捷迭代。 3.协同团队持续重构优化系统核心链路，保障系统稳定性与可扩展能力。 4.追踪Agent推理、多智能体协作等前沿技术，并推动在研发提效场景的工程化落地。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力与学习能力。 2.精通 Python 或 Java/C++ 等至少一种主流编程语言，具备扎实的编码基础与数据结构算法知识。 3.熟悉 Spring Boot、MySQL/Redis、消息队列、Docker 等常用后端组件。 4.熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph 等主流 AI 应用开发框架，了解 OpenAI、Claude 或其他开源大模型的 API 调用及 Prompt 优化技巧。 5.有AI Agent闭环开发经验，或向量检索、知识图谱、GraphRAG等技术实践经验者优先。
