1.参与负责高端制造业中软件研发工具的智能体工程项目 2. 分析挖掘研发效能数据与知识拓扑，与业务团队沟通识别数据逻辑 3.探索并引入前沿 AI 技术，持续提升研发智能化能力与工程效率 4.与产品、研发、算法等多团队协作，推动智能化方案在真实业务中的应用落地 5.参与负责研发工具体系的人工智能模型训练调优的工程与框架建设 6. 有智能化应用的项目经验者优先 7. 具有优化深度学习模型训练、调整和部署经验优先
职位要求
1、计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的研究生或本科生； 2、熟练上手使用各种AI工程工具，对前沿AI技术有钻研热情； 3、具有 3 年以上代码经验，Python/Java/Go/C++至少精通一种编程语言，具有扎实的软件工程背景； 4、出色的沟通和团队合作能力，适应跨团队跨领域多人合作； 5、有智能化应用的落地项目经验者优先； 6、具有优化深度学习模型训练、调整和部署经验优先； 7、英文工作能力良好。
