职位描述
协助AI产品经理完成AI产品落地与数据运营工作,从商业分析场景切入,参与知识库搭建、AIAgent测试、业务场景调研、数据整理与效果跟踪,用AI 赋能商业分析与品牌业务效率提升。
工作职责:
1.协助整理与结构化组织知识,包括会议纪要、项目案例、用户洞察、市场数据等,并进行人工校验、修正与补充。
2.协助进行信息标签化、知识归档与案例库建设,支持组织知识体系沉淀
3.协助AI工作流的测试、运营与优化,包括Prompt测试、Agent流程验证、自动化流程维护与信息校验
4.协助沉淀品牌与用户相关的认知资产,支持AI在组织内部的持续学习与调用
5.负责组织知识库的日常维护,包括内容更新、权限管理、链接检查等。
职位要求
1.本科及以上在读,计算机、信息管理、工商管理、市场营销、统计学等相关专业优先。
2.具备较强的信息整理与结构化能力,能够将复杂信息进行分类、归纳与标签化
3.对AI与AI Native工作方式有浓厚兴趣,熟悉ChatGPT、CClaude、Cursor、飞书AI等工具,愿意主动学习与尝试新工具、新流程
4.具备较好的逻辑思维与表达能力,能够进行总结、归纳与信息理解
5.认真细致,对信息准确性与结构化质量有较强意识
