About the Role
该职位将在实习期间负责：
协助友邦人寿CFS团队高效完成面向业务场景的AI概念验证（POC）项目，包括技术选型准备、原型环境搭建、效果评估与文档撰写，加速AI能力在具体业务中的落地探索。
具体工作内容如下：
• 参与AI POC全流程实施：协助完成从需求理解、技术方案设计、工具选型到原型开发与测试验证的完整闭环；
• 集成与调用大模型能力：基于国产大模型等API，进行Prompt工程设计、调试与优化，支撑特定业务场景下的AI功能实现；
• 数据准备与效果评估：协助完成测试数据的清洗、标注与管理，并参与POC结果的量化评估与问题归因分析；
• 技术文档与经验沉淀：编写POC方案说明、接口文档、使用指南及复盘报告，形成可复用的技术资产；
• 协同跨职能团队推进POC项目：与AI council、研发、业务方保持沟通，确保POC目标对齐业务价值并按时交付。
人选画像：
• 教育背景：本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；
• 技术基础：具备Python编程能力，熟悉Java开发，了解主流AI框架或低代码平台（如Dify、Coze、LangChain等）者优先；
• 学习与执行力：对AI应用有浓厚兴趣，能快速理解业务需求并动手验证技术可行性；
• 沟通协作和文档撰写能力：具备良好的表达能力和团队协作意识，能够清晰、准确地传递技术思路与项目进展；同时拥有扎实的文字组织能力，可高效产出结构清晰、逻辑严谨的技术文档与项目材料。
