About the Role
该职位将在实习期间负责：
深入参与AI Agent项目，协助提示词编写，协助 AI Agent设计与开发，理解大语言模型（LLM）在实际业务场景中的应用场景，并协助推动 Agent 能力落地。
具体工作内容如下：
• 参与并协助 AI Agent 核心模块的设计与开发，包括 Agent 规划推理、工具调用、记忆管理等核心组件；
• 参与并协助优化基于大语言模型（LLM）实现多轮对话推理与任务规划能力，优化 Agent 的上下文理解与响应质量；
• 协助完成 Agent 系统的性能调优、日志分析；
• 协助智能体的提示词编写。
人选画像：
• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，计算机、金融、统计相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；
• 熟悉 Python/Go/Java 其中至少一门编程语言；
• 了解大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理；
• 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题分析能力，对 AI 技术有浓厚兴趣。
