About the Role
该职位将在实习期间负责：
协助小友Phase2和友享AI智能助理Phase1的知识库建设与运营。
具体工作内容如下：
• 统筹业务知识文档的收集与整理，明确知识库的覆盖范围；
• 组织并执行知识清洗工作：对原始文档进行拆解、去噪、格式化处理，确保入库数据的高质量，以提升大模型的检索准确率；
• 参与问答效果的测评与Bad Case分析，反哺并优化知识库内容；
• 项目推进与跨部门协同；
• 协调业务专家、算法工程师、产品经理等多方资源，推动项目按时交付； • 定期组织和参与项目进度会议，推动问题解决，确保信息在各干系人之间高效流转。
人选画像：
• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，计算机、金融、统计或经济相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；
• 对大模型（LLM）及生成式问答有清晰的认知，了解RAG（检索增强生成）、Prompt Engineering（提示词工程）的基本原理；
• 较强的沟通协作能力：能够听懂“业务语言”并转化为“技术语言”，具备跨部门拉通能力；
• 抗压与交付能力：适应快节奏的工作环境，具备结果导向思维，能承受高强度工作并保证高质量交付；
• 文档与逻辑能力：熟练使用Excel、Visio、XMind及PPT，具备严谨的逻辑思维和文档撰写能力。
