About the Role
该职位将在实习期间负责：
支持AI技术研发与落地支持，参与算法实现、模块开发及研究项目。
具体工作内容如下：
• 编写高质量代码，参与算法开发与竞赛；
• AI项目协作：参与AI项目全流程，独立开发小型功能模块；
• 技术研究：协助探索前沿AI技术在保险领域的应用；
• 产品支持：为产品经理提供技术文档支持，将业务需求转化为技术方案；
• 低代码开发：设计并实现低代码平台工作流。
人选画像：
• 教育：本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；
• 技能：熟练使用Python/Java；了解基础AI框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）；具备文档编写能力（Markdown/Confluence）；
• 经验：有算法竞赛（Kaggle等）或开源项目经历者以及熟悉低代码平台（如Power Apps）者优先；
• 能力：逻辑清晰，能快速学习新技术，适应跨团队协作。
